How does your donation model work?

For every item you purchase, we donate a specially designed item to someone experiencing homelessness. To date, we have donated more than 100 million items through our nationwide network of giving partners.

What is the best way to wash my Bombas?

To keep your items in peak condition, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumble drying on low. Avoid using bleach or ironing to preserve the integrity of the high-quality fibers.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia. We are working hard to expand our global reach to bring comfort to more people around the world.

What should I do if my socks get a hole?

Quality is our priority, but wear and tear happens. If your Bombas develop a hole, simply reach out to our Customer Happiness Team, and we will send you a brand-new replacement pair for free.
